Every staff member greeted me with a smile, despite me being there for business. Nothing seemed fake or forced with the staff there. I had the pleasure of meeting with Johnny, the outreach coordinator and we had an amazing chat about the experience that people have at Rubicon. You can tell that everyone there is there because they love what they do and who they do it for. It’s something special to walk into place and immediately be treated like family.
